About the Role

We are a growing Language Learning Centre in Shah Alam area looking for independent individuals to help us increase student enrolments.

This is a performance-based freelance role. You will earn commission for every successful student you bring in.

No fixed salary. No office requirement. Full flexibility.

Your Main Objective

Your role is simple:

Generate enquiries → Arrange Test Assessment → Convert into paying students

You are paid only when a student successfully enrols.

Responsibilities

Promote learning programmes using social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, WhatsApp, etc.)

Generate parent enquiries and leads

Communicate and respond to potential parents

Follow up consistently until decision is made

Arrange test assessment at centre for interested parents

Support enrolment process until payment is confirmed

Encourage referrals from existing parents and networks

Work independently to build your own student pipeline

Commission Structure

You earn based on successful student enrolment only:

per student enrolled

Higher commission for higher monthly performance

Performance bonus for hitting targets

No cap on income

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
