We are recruiting for the position of Associate Customer Support Representatives to join a global customer support team based in Cyberjaya, Malaysia.

Position Details

• Position: Associate Customer Support
• Location: Cyberjaya, Malaysia
• Employment Type: Full-Time (Onsite)

Work Schedule

Rotational shifts: (Malaysia Time)

Your Responsibilities

• Handle customer enquiries via phone professionally and efficiently.
• Provide timely and accurate solutions to customer concerns.
• Escalate complex or priority cases when required.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction and service quality.
• Stay updated on products, policies, and process changes.
• Meet quality, productivity, and attendance expectations.

What We're Looking For

• Native Japanese Speaker or JLPT N1 certification.
• Strong verbal communication and customer service skills.
• Previous customer support experience is an advantage.
• Experience in eCommerce support is preferred.
• Comfortable working rotational shifts.
• Passionate about delivering an excellent customer experience.

Pay: RM8,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
