Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
Full-time
- Carry out dealing orders for HK & US equities/derivatives markets timely and accurately
- Active monitoring on daily trading activities & position, call for margin and implement risk control as required
- Report any alerts, unsolved issues to RO and address client concerns
- Engage upstream brokers/system vendors when necessary
- Provide quality client services e.g. attending general inquiries, handling client account opening and related instructions
- Participate in regular systems UAT and MR testing
- Other ad hoc assignments
- Qualified for SFC Type1&2 Rep License registration is a must
- Customer-oriented with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Analytical and detail-minded with good numeric sense
- High level of self-initiative, working Mid/Night Shifts and on HK public holidays (for US market trading) will be required
- Good command of Cantonese and Putonghua
- At least 1 year of relevant experience is preferred. Fresh graduates are also welcome to apply
