Part Time Guest Experience Associate – Front Office

Responsibilities:

• Deliver check-in/out services and baggage handling at our hotel front desk

• Greet the guest to the hotel and provide excellent service to guest

• Provide full assistance to guests to ensure their pleasure stay in our hotel

Requirements:

• 1 to 2 years’ relevant experience in the front office and guest services experience

• Excellent communication skills and customer-oriented

• Well-organized, proactive and able to work under pressure

• Proficiency in spoken and written English and Cantonese

• Familiar with Opera / Operetta system is preferable
