Responsibilities

Responsibilities: -
  • Perform installation, preventive maintenance, and repairing of the medical equipment.
  • Provide sales & technical support, training, troubleshooting, complaint investigation & solving, and consultation to salesforce & customers for current & future medical devices
  • Provide Technical / clinical support to end-user toward our offered medical devices.
  • Prepare the service/ clinical report
  • Responsible for IT, development, software, hardware and application support
  • Attend the seminars, exhibition or training (Local /oversea).
