About Spaceship

Spaceship is a fast-growing, venture-backed startup based in Singapore. We provide door-to-door valet storage, self-storage, and logistics solutions for individuals and businesses.

We are also building a network of shared co-warehousing and micro-fulfilment centres to support e-commerce sellers in storing inventory, operating daily, and fulfilling orders efficiently.

Basic Salary: S$3,000 – S$3,500 + Monthly Commission

This is an inbound sales role, where you'll be handling enquiries from customers who have already expressed interest in our services. No cold calling or door-to-door sales is required.

What You'll Do

• Respond to customer enquiries via phone, WhatsApp and email
• Understand customers' storage requirements and recommend suitable solutions
• Conduct site tours and explain our storage facilities and services
• Prepare quotations and follow up with prospective customers
• Build strong relationships through excellent customer service
• Update customer information and sales activities in our CRM system
• Work towards individual and team sales targets

We're Looking For Someone Who

• Has 1–5 years of experience in sales, retail, customer service, hospitality or other customer-facing roles
• Enjoys interacting with customers and building relationships
• Is confident communicating in person, over the phone and via WhatsApp
• Is organised, proactive and able to multitask
• Is comfortable using computers and CRM systems (training will be provided)
• Is motivated to achieve sales targets while delivering excellent customer service

No experience in the storage industry is required. Comprehensive training will be provided.
