We are an engineering services company specialising in Electrical and Instrumentation (E&I) works for metro rail, industrial and infrastructure projects. We are committed to building a competent workforce through effective human resource management and efficient administrative support. We are seeking a dedicated HR & Admin Executive to support our growing business by managing human resource functions and ensuring the smooth operation of the Company's administrative activities.

Job Summary

The HR & Admin Executive is responsible for supporting the Company's human resource and administrative functions, including recruitment, employee onboarding, payroll administration, work pass administration, training coordination, office administration and HR compliance. The role ensures the effective implementation of HR policies, efficient office administration and compliance with Singapore employment legislation and company procedures.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate end-to-end recruitment activities, including job advertisements, candidate screening, interview arrangements, selection and onboarding.
  • Administer Employment Pass, S Pass and Work Permit applications, renewals and cancellations.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and ensure HR documentation is up to date.
  • Coordinate employee onboarding, orientation and offboarding processes.
  • Support payroll administration, leave management and employee benefits administration.
  • Coordinate employee training, certification renewals and learning and development activities.
  • Assist in performance appraisal, employee engagement and HR initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with the Employment Act, MOM regulations and company HR policies.
  • Prepare HR reports, employment letters and other HR-related documentation.
  • Manage general office administration, including office supplies, facilities, assets and administrative records.
  • Liaise with government agencies, training providers, vendors and service providers on HR and administrative matters.
  • Coordinate office maintenance, procurement of office supplies and general administrative support.
  • Maintain confidentiality of employee and company information at all times.
  • Perform any other HR and administrative duties assigned by Management.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 2 years' relevant experience in Human Resources and office administration.
  • Good knowledge of Singapore employment legislation and MOM work pass regulations.
  • Experience in recruitment, payroll support, HR administration and general office administration.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Microsoft Excel and Word.
  • Strong organisational, administrative and time management skills.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
