Job Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate daily site works.
• Supervise workers and subcontractors on site.
• Arrange manpower, materials and work schedules.
• Monitor project progress and ensure work is completed on time.
• Check site workmanship and ensure quality standards are met.
• Liaise with clients, suppliers and subcontractors.
• Attend site meetings when required.
• Ensure workers follow safety rules and site requirements.
• Handle site issues and report project progress to management.
• Assist with project documentation and handover works.

Job Requirements

• Relevant experience in construction or renovation works.
• Able to manage workers and coordinate site activities.
• Basic understanding of construction drawings and site works.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work independently and take responsibility for site progress.
• Able to travel to different project sites when required.
• Willing to work overtime when required due to project schedule.
• Driving licence will be an advantage.
