Job Summary

Support HR and daily functions by assisting in recruitment, maintaining employee records, coordinating onboarding/offboarding, and processing data to ensure smooth operations.

Responsibilities

• Assist in posting job openings, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with candidates to support recruitment processes
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR documentation
• Support onboarding and offboarding activities to ensure smooth employee transitions
• Assist with HR-related tasks to facilitate daily human resource operations
• Perform daily accounting tasks including data entry, invoice processing, and filing to support financial operations
• Use MS Office applications (Excel, Word) to complete administrative and accounting duties efficiently
• Communicate clearly and collaborate with team members to achieve HR and accounting objectives
• Apply high attention to detail and accuracy in all assigned tasks
• Demonstrate willingness to learn and proactively take on new challenges

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• ITE or Diploma in Business Administration, Accounting, Human Resource Management, or related field
• Training will be provided
