Job Summary

We are hiring experienced Crane Operators to operate 80-ton and above mobile cranes for a leading construction company in the UAE. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in heavy lifting operations, a strong commitment to safety, and possess a UAE Crane/Heavy Vehicle License (Valid or Expired).

Key Responsibilities

• Operate 80-ton and above mobile/hydraulic cranes safely and efficiently on construction sites.
• Perform heavy lifting, loading, unloading, and positioning of construction materials and equipment.
• Conduct daily pre-operational inspections and routine maintenance checks on the crane.
• Follow lifting plans, load charts, and site safety procedures during all lifting operations.
• Coordinate with site engineers, supervisors, signalmen, and riggers to ensure safe execution of lifts.
• Monitor crane performance and report any mechanical issues or maintenance requirements.
• Maintain operational logs and comply with company policies and UAE safety regulations.
• Ensure all lifting activities are carried out in accordance with HSE standards.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Crane Operator.
• Proven experience operating 80-ton and above mobile cranes.
• UAE Crane/Heavy Vehicle License is mandatory (Valid or Expired).
• Experience working on large-scale construction or infrastructure projects.
• Good knowledge of lifting techniques, load charts, and crane safety procedures.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Skills

• Experience operating cranes from leading manufacturers such as Tadano, Liebherr, Grove, Terex, XCMG, Zoomlion, Kato, or Kobelco.
• Knowledge of preventive equipment maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Strong understanding of workplace safety, HSE practices, and lifting operations.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
