Role Description The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) will provide overall strategic leadership and direction for Galaxy Digital, ensuring the company’s vision, mission, and business objectives are clearly defined and achieved. This full-time, on-site role is based in Cyberjaya and involves close collaboration with the executive team and board of directors. Day-to-day responsibilities include overseeing financial performance, managing operations, driving business planning and sales growth, and guiding strategic initiatives across all functions. The CEO will represent the organization with key clients, partners, and stakeholders, foster a high-performance culture, and ensure that governance, compliance, and risk management standards are met. The CEO will also mentor senior leaders, set measurable goals, and monitor progress to ensure sustainable and profitable expansion.
Qualifications

• Strong Finance and financial management skills, including budgeting, forecasting, and capital allocation.
• Proven Operations Management experience, with the ability to optimize processes and resources across multiple functions.
• Demonstrated Business Planning and Strategic Planning capabilities, including setting long-term goals and executing growth initiatives.
• Solid Sales and commercial leadership skills, with a track record of driving revenue growth and building client relationships.
• Extensive executive-level leadership experience, preferably as a CEO or senior executive in technology or digital-focused organizations.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
• Ability to build and lead diverse teams, foster an inclusive culture, and manage change in a dynamic environment.
• Strong analytical and decision-making skills, supported by data-driven thinking and sound judgment.
• Advanced degree in Business, Finance, Management, or a related field is preferred; equivalent experience will be considered.
