Job Description:

• Shape and oversee conceptual, schematic, and detailed designs across diverse typologies.

• Deliver compelling design narratives and presentations to clients, public boards, and consultants.

• Manage multi-disciplinary teams to execute complex projects from initial inception to successful handover.

• Lead tendering, procurement bidding, and contract negotiation processes.

Job Requirement:

•  Bachelor's degree in Architecture, or a related field.

• Possess good experience to the above.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
