Responsibilities
Job Description & Requirement:
Pack and label bakery, pastry, and savoury products according to approved specifications, schedules, and order quantities
Ensure accuracy in labelling, including product name, batch information, and expiry details
Maintain consistency in packaging quality, presentation, and product integrity
Handle finished products carefully to prevent damage and contamination
Store packed items correctly to maintain freshness and food safety standards
Pick, verify, and dispatch products in accordance with customer orders and delivery schedules
Follow established food safety, hygiene, and sanitation procedures at all times
Comply with FSSC, ISO 22000, MUIS/Halal, and other relevant local food authority requirements
Perform basic quality checks using approved tools and work instructions
Report quality or safety issues promptly to supervisors
Operate packing and labelling equipment safely and correctly according to equipment training standards and SOPs
Ensure workstations, tools, and equipment are kept clean and in proper working condition
Follow workplace safety guidelines to prevent accidents and product contamination
Documentation & Administrative Support
Assist with production-related documentation, including FSSC, traceability and TLCs records
Perform additional duties and special projects as assigned by the supervisor
