Core Responsibilities

• Responsible for maintaining full set of accounts (AR, AP and GL) and audit schedules

• Quarterly GST preparation

• Housekeeping and filing of finance documents

• Perform month-end closing for financial reporting within timeline

• In charge of stock take and resolve any inventory discrepancies

• Any others ad-hoc responsibilities assigned by the management, if any

Job Specifications

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma in Finance/ Accountancy or equivalent with at least 2 Year(s) of experience in keeping full set of accounts
• Excellent organisation, problem solving and communication skills
• Resourceful , self-motivated, meticulous and able to work independently with initiative
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Be bilingual in English and Mandarin to effectively work with customers, ability to converse in dialects will be an advantage
