Job Summary

Manage architectural project coordination and technical reviews to ensure compliance, quality, and timely delivery across building projects in Singapore’s construction industry.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate architectural works on-site to integrate structural, mechanical, electrical, and architectural components seamlessly
• Review architectural drawings, specifications, and shop drawings to identify discrepancies and resolve technical issues ensuring buildability
• Ensure all architectural works comply with Singapore building codes, BCA regulations, and relevant statutory requirements
• Liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and authorities to facilitate smooth project progression and secure timely approvals
• Oversee quality assurance procedures on-site to ensure architectural finishes meet industry standards

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Building Construction Management, Architecture, or related field
• 5 to 10 years of experience in architectural management or coordination within Singapore’s construction industry
• Proficiency in architectural and project management tools such as BIM, Revit, and AutoCAD
• Strong knowledge of local building codes, construction methodologies, and safety regulations
• Leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills to manage diverse project teams effectively
