Role Description This is a full-time, remote Financial Accountant role responsible for managing the company’s day-to-day financial operations. The Financial Accountant will prepare and analyze financial statements, maintain accurate general ledger records, and ensure timely financial reporting for internal and external stakeholders. The role includes monitoring cash flow, assisting with budgeting and forecasting, and supporting month-end and year-end close processes. The Financial Accountant will work with accounting software to process transactions, reconcile accounts, and ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and internal controls. Collaboration with cross-functional teams will be required to provide financial insights that support strategic decisions across Insight Genesis’s core business verticals.

• Candidates should possess proficiency in Accounting Software and Financial Reporting tools used for recording, reconciling, and presenting financial data.
• Candidates should possess a strong understanding of accounting principles, general ledger management, and budgeting processes.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; professional certification (e.g., CPA, ACCA) is an advantage.
• Experience in a technology, fintech, or AI-driven environment is beneficial, along with familiarity with remote collaboration tools.
• Strong attention to detail, integrity in handling financial information, and the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
