Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop enterprise copilots using Microsoft Copilot Studio.
- Build AI-powered conversational experiences for business users.
- Integrate copilots with Microsoft 365, Teams, SharePoint, and enterprise applications.
- Develop workflows using Power Automate.
- Integrate external systems through REST APIs and custom connectors.
- Implement secure authentication using Azure AD.
- Optimize AI prompts and conversation flows.
- Deploy, monitor, and maintain enterprise AI solutions.
- Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to deliver scalable AI applications.
What We're Looking For
- 7+ years of IT experience.
- Strong expertise in Microsoft Copilot Studio and conversational AI.
- Experience with Azure AI and Microsoft Power Platform.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Banking or financial services experience is an added advantage.
