Scandy's is opening its first mini flagship store in a yet undisclosed location in Klang Valley. More than a candy shop, this will be a destination experience bringing the magic of Swedish pick & mix culture to Malaysia.

We're looking for someone entrepreneurial, creative, responsible and hands-on to help build and run this store from the ground up. Someone who treats it like their own baby. Someone who gets excited by operational excellence, managing a dynamic retail environment, and making customers smile.

This is a comprehensive retail management role where you will be fully responsible for the store’s day-to-day operations, team leadership, and ensuring a premium, seamless experience for every visitor.

Scandy's is bringing authentic Swedish candy culture to Malaysia through premium pick & mix experiences, events, online channels and unique retail concepts. Our mini flagship will become the home of Swedish candy in Kuala Lumpur - a place where customers discover new favourites, attend fun events, create content and become part of our growing candy-loving community.

Your Mission

Help build APW into KL's most fun candy destination. You'll be responsible for running the store day-to-day while continuously finding ways to make it more exciting, engaging and successful.

Responsibilities

· Oversee the overall operations and performance of the assigned retail store.

· Lead, coach and develop store management and frontline teams to achieve business goals.

· Drive sales growth, profitability and operational excellence.

· Ensure high standards of customer service, merchandising and store presentation.

· Manage inventory, stock control, shrinkage and loss prevention.

· Analyze sales reports, operational KPIs and implement improvement plans.

· Plan manpower requirements, staff scheduling and succession development.

· Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs and regulatory requirements.

· Collaborate with headquarters and cross-functional teams to execute company initiatives.

· Mentor and develop future supervisors and store leaders.

· Fulfil online and quick-commerce orders.

· Employment type: Full-time, contract based

· Initial contract: 6 months

· Work arrangement: 100% On-site

Compensation

· Fixed monthly salary (RM 3,500 - RM 4,500, commensurate with experience)
