SUMMARY AND BENEFITS
Work location: Raffles City Shopping Centre / One Holland Village / Parkway Parade
Work Schedule: 5 workdays, 44 hours per week

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES
Service Crew (SALARY RANGE: S$2,200 – S$2,900)
Deliver excellent customer service and attend to guests' needs promptly.
Set up and close the restaurant according to standard procedures.
Clear, clean, and reset tables efficiently between guests.
Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area.
Support smooth daily operations and uphold service standards.
Restaurant Supervisor (SALARY RANGE: S$3,000 – S$3,500)
Oversee daily restaurant operations, including staff scheduling and inventory management.
Monitor food quality, service standards, and guest satisfaction, implementing improvements as needed.
Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and health regulations.
Support team members in guest interactions and handle customer complaints promptly.
Maintain high standards in food service, presentation, and overall dining experience.
REQUIREMENTS
At least 1 year of relevant experience in the F&B industry
Min. secondary school education with 'O' level passes
Able to start work immediately or within a short notice period would be preferred
Possess Food safety and hygiene certificate
Able to work on weekends and public holidays
