What you'll be doing

·      Support the culinary team to ensure smooth and efficient service

·      Oversee food preparation and presentation according to company latest SOP

·      Train and guide junior kitchen staff

·      Monitor stock levels and ensure proper storage of ingredients

·      Adhere to strict hygiene, safety, and sanitation practices in the kitchen

·      Maintaining grooming standard as per Company guidelines

·      Carryout any other culinary duties as per assigned by superior
