About ART:DIS
ART:DIS (Singapore) Ltd. is Singapore's leading charity dedicated to creating learning and employment opportunities for persons with disabilities through the arts.
Through our structured developmental pathways in the Visual and Performing Arts, we support children, youth and adults from foundational arts learning through to advanced training and employment pathways. Working alongside practising teaching artists, we believe in the transformative power of the arts to build confidence, creativity and meaningful participation in the community.
If you are passionate about people, enjoy bringing programmes to life and thrive in a role that combines thoughtful planning with hands-on execution, we'd love to hear from you.
About the Role
We are looking for an organised, proactive and people-oriented Programme Executive to oversee a portfolio of Foundation and Artist-in-Training programmes within either our Visual Arts or Performing Arts pathway.
Working closely with teaching artists, students and their families, you will coordinate the planning, implementation and day-to-day delivery of high-quality arts learning programmes. You will play an important role in supporting students throughout their learning journey while ensuring programmes are thoughtfully planned, well-coordinated and delivered to a consistently high standard.
This is a hands-on role that combines programme management with operational excellence. Success in this role requires someone who enjoys both planning and execution - someone who takes pride in seeing programmes come together through strong organisation, attention to detail and positive relationships with people.
You will also contribute to strengthening programme quality by reviewing feedback, refining operational processes and supporting new initiatives as our programmes continue to grow.
This position is offered at the Programme Executive level. Appointment at the Senior Programme Executive level will be considered for candidates with relevant experience and demonstrated programme management capabilities.
As many of our programmes are delivered during evenings and weekends, the role requires working either Saturday or Sunday as part of a five-day work week.
