We are looking for a motivated and committed Architect /Architectural Associate to join our team.

Responsibilities

• Undertake architectural design and project coordination.
• Manage projects from design development through construction.
• Prepare drawings, authority submissions and contract documentation.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants and relevant authorities.
• Attend site meetings and support project delivery.
• Ensure projects are delivered in accordance with design intent, quality and programme.

Requirements

• Degree in Architecture from a recognised university.
• Registered Architect with the Board of Architects, Singapore, or an architectural graduate with a recognised degree.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience in Singapore.
• Good design, technical and project management skills.
• Familiar with local authority requirements and submission procedures.
• Proficient in Revit/BIM and AutoCAD.
• Able to work independently and manage projects with minimal supervision.
