Location: Iskandar Puteri, Johor

Job Requirements

• Minimum SPM qualification
• Fluent in English (spoken and written)
• Able to work 6 days per week, including weekends & public holidays
• Willing to work 24-hour rotational shifts (Morning, Evening & Night)
• Good communication and customer service skills

Job Responsibilities

• Handle incoming customer calls professionally
• Provide accurate information and administrative support
• Record and update customer information in the system
• Ensure efficient handling of customer inquiries
