Job Requirement

• Diploma or vocational training in Industrial Engineering,
• Preferably 1–2 years of working experience in facility or manufacturing environment.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and schematic diagrams.
• Strong working knowledge of CAD software (for layouts)
• and spreadsheet applications like Microsoft Excel.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to perform mathematical and statistical calculations

Job Description

• Process Improvement: Assist engineers in analyzing existing manufacturing workflows and suggesting improvements to maximize productivity.
• Time Studies: Observe and record the time taken by workers to complete specific tasks to set standard production rates.
• Layout Design: Update and maintain plant, machinery, and workstation layouts , as well as line set up activities .
• Data & System Management: Enter route and step processing times into systems
• (such as SAP or Manufacturing Execution Systems) and update key process maps.
• Quality Assurance: Collect data to check that production complies with quality and reliability standards.
• Cost Analysis: Gather data to help management analyze production costs and material usage

Pay: RM2,400.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
