Responsibilities
Serve customers and meeting customer needs
- Updating database and using a customer system database provided.
- Answering incoming calls, taking messages and redirecting calls as required
- Dealing with enquiries
- Data Entry
- General office Management
- Providing administration support to sales Reps and Manager.
- Sales Marketing Support
- To adhere and comply to all aftersales SOP.
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
