Responsibilities
Purpose of job:
In this role as a Call Centre Agent, you will assist the Call Centre Manager and Team Leads to achieve the desired service levels and quality targets. This includes the delivery of excellent customer experience and professional handling of all incoming customers’ enquiries across the full range of The Learning Lab’s services and activities.
Accountabilities, responsibilities and main duties:
Handle and respond promptly to incoming customers’ enquiries (phone and live chat).
Deliver a high-quality service experience to customers.
Maintain a positive, empathetic and professional attitude towards customers at all times.
Be a first point of contact to acknowledge and resolve customer feedback.
Acquire a strong knowledge of the organisation’s products and services, and processes to communicate accurate information to customers.
Manage and clear call-backs on a daily basis.
Other related duties as required or assigned.
Snapshots of our ideal candidate:
Possesses a diploma in any discipline.
Minimum 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in a Call Centre environment.
Willing to work 4 weekdays and 1 weekend (either Saturday or Sunday).
Preference will be given to candidates proficient in both spoken English and Mandarin.
Customer oriented with a strong desire to take care of the customers’ needs.
Helpful, self-motivated, mature, independent and responsible.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
