Job Description

We are seeking a professional and service-oriented Customer Service Officer. The role focuses on front-facing guest engagement, security support, and ensuring a safe and pleasant experience for all visitors.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide frontline customer service to guests and visitors
• Attend to guest enquiries and provide accurate information
• Assist with directions, check-in guidance, and general hotel support
• Provide professional and friendly customer service at all times
• Handle feedback and escalate issues to hotel management when required
• Support front desk or concierge team when needed
• Maintain a clean, organised, and welcoming service area

Requirements

• Minimum hospitality degree or equivalent
• Prior experience in customer service, hospitality, or security preferred
• Able to communicate well in English (additional languages is a plus)
• Presentable, polite, and service-oriented
• Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
• Physically fit and able to stand for extended hours
