Hygion Air specializes in indoor air quality (IAQ) assessment, testing, and improvement solutions. We are committed to delivering accurate, science-based air quality diagnostics and are currently working toward ISO accreditation to further strengthen the credibility and technical competence of our testing services.

Role Overview

We are looking for a hands-on Engineer to join our team, primarily responsible for conducting indoor air quality assessments and testing, while also supporting our efforts to build and implement documentation for accreditation. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys both fieldwork and structured technical documentation, and who wants to grow with a company on its accreditation journey.

Key Responsibilities

Indoor Air Quality Testing & Assessment

  • Operate and maintain IAQ testing instruments and equipment
  • Analyze collected data and prepare clear, accurate testing reports for clients
  • Identify potential air quality issues and recommend corrective/improvement measures
  • Liaise with clients on-site to explain findings and testing procedures

ISO Documentation Support

  • Assist in developing, reviewing, and maintaining quality management system (QMS) documentation
  • Support preparation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), test methods, calibration records, and quality manuals
  • Help maintain equipment calibration and traceability records
  • Assist with internal audits, gap analysis, and readiness checks ahead of accreditation assessment
  • Coordinate with relevant personnel to ensure documentation aligns with actual lab/testing practices

Requirements

  • Diploma/Degree in Engineering (Environmental, Mechanical, Chemical, or related field) or equivalent experience
  • Willingness to learn quality/lab accreditation standards (training will be provided)
  • Comfortable with both fieldwork (site visits, testing) and desk-based documentation work
