Responsibilities
$2,800 - $3,500/month + Variable Bonus (2x/year)
Mon – Fri (8:45am – 5:30pm)
Job Scope:
• Provide technical/debugging assistance and conduct product training for contractors
• Handle product enquiries, customer complaints, and compile F-Cost reports
• Manage defective unit exchanges, repairs, and product grading
• Handle COC renewals, WELS testing, and create technical service manuals
