1. Inventory Tracking & Reporting
• Monitor and record inventory levels to support stock replenishment and product movement tracking.
• Assist in conducting inventory audits and cycle counts
2. Transaction Recording
• Document sales orders, returns, goods transfers, and goods receipts accurately in BC365.
3. Communication & Coordination
• Support the processing of stock orders and deliveries based on store requirements.
4. Compliance & Data Accuracy
• Perform data entry tasks in line with company policies and standards.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive data related to inventory, pricing, and suppliers.
• Identify, report, and help resolve inventory record inconsistencies.
5. Warehouse Management
• Prepare goods according to the delivery orders (D/Os) generated by the in-house inventory software.
• Picking and packing of goods in the same day of order issued.
• Issue goods to requesting internal and external customers.
• Maintain stock accuracy always.
• Ensure regular housekeeping activities such as the cleanliness and tidiness of working area.
• Liaise with sales department with regard to product issue and delivery arrangements.
• Handle the arrangement of store for easy traceability and accessibility of materials.
• Handle customer complaints in tracing shipping related issues.
• Accurately input inventory and product information into the BC365 store management system and maintain up-to-date records, including product pricing, stock quantities, descriptions, and supplier details.
