Responsibilities

• Assign daily tasks to construction workers and monitor their work progress to meet project timelines
• Supervise and coordinate construction workers on-site to maintain productivity and safety standards
• Collaborate effectively with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to align work activities with project goals
• Address and resolve worker issues promptly, including direct communication at dormitories when necessary

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Experience supervising foreign workers to enhance team management and communication
