RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support backend Retail Operations.

• Manage quotations, invoices and coordinating with vendors and internal stakeholders once it is endorsed.

• Data entry and filing

• Preparation of data reports.

• Monitor and manage the outlets’ maintenance supplies such as store amenities.

• Handle email enquiries regarding stock allocation, and tracking of sales leads.

• Compile monthly sell-out report for internal and external stakeholders.

• Disseminate information from the Brands Department to respective outlets.

• Ensuring that the in-house system is running smoothly for day-to-day operations.

• Manage purchase orders and incoming stocks with brand principles.

• Conduct physical audit check in Boutiques to ensure adherence to Retail Operations SOPs.

• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
  

REQUIREMENTS

• At least 2 years of relevant working experience

• Diploma/Degree holder

• Good command of written and spoken English

• Good communication skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Skills

• Possess effective organizational and follow-up skills, paying attention to details

• Able to multi-task & work independently
