Work Type: 9-Month Contract

Salary: Up to $ 15.00 per hour (~$2,700 per month)

What you will be working on?

• Process administrative Human Resource services for various client government agencies accurately and in a timely manner in accordance with the Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) while ensuring compliance with policies and relevant regulations.
• Update HR transactions in Workday system and submit forchecking.
• Prepare and issue letters/emails correspondences and related documents.
• Liaise and follow up with client government agencies on HR-related matters.
• Respond promptly and professionally to customer enquiries.
• Apply independent judgment in accordance with SOPs to analyse issues and recommend appropriate courses of action when addressing queries from client agencies and customers.
• Testing of new functions in Workday (e.g. Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB)), new/in-progress automation bots etc,
• Perform additional administrative duties as assigned by the supervisor to support operational needs.

What are welooking for?

• Singaporean only
• Minimum Higher Nitec in Human Resource or Business Management or relevant discipline.
• Prior experience in administration or human resource would be advantageous.
