We’re looking for a hands-on and reliable passenger vehicle technician. You’ll be part of our on-site support team, handling troubleshooting, minor repairs, and hybrid system checks. If you’re good with tools, eager to learn new tech, and enjoy working on the road, we’d love to have you on the team.
About the Role
Diagnose and fix vehicle issues safely and efficiently
Replace 12V batteries or jump-start vehicles
Change flat tyres and handle minor roadside repairs (e.g., door, lock issues, etc…)
Move and rebalance vehicles between stations
Refuel vehicles when needed
Help with lost & found item retrieval
Ensure cleanliness of the interior and exterior of vehicle
Check vehicle issues from customer reports and decide next steps
Install or remove in-car devices (dashcam, telematics, etc.)
Record all work done and update job status through the app
Report any damage or irregularities to the command centre
What We’re Looking For
Minimum NITEC / Higher NITEC / TED in Automotive Engineering and/or at least 1 year of vehicle repair experience
Valid Class 3 or 3A driving licence (must have)
Able to read and write in English
Comfortable using a mobile app for task updates
Comfortable working fully on-site and outdoors (roadside support, station visits, workshop locations)
Able to work shifts including weekends and PH (schedule to be planned and capped at 44 hours per week)
