 Office-based WhatsApp Sales & Admin. Reply customer enquiries, assist phone instalment applications, update price lists and follow up customers. No experience needed, training provided. Basic RM1,700 + Commission (Up to RM2,300++). 

We are looking for a responsible and positive Sales Admin Executive to join our team. If you enjoy communicating with customers and working in an office environment, we’d love to hear from you!

Job Responsibilities-Malaysian

• Reply customer enquiries via WhatsApp and social media.
• Assist customers with mobile phone instalment applications (Ansuran Mudah).
• Update daily mobile phone price lists.
• Prepare and key in customer applications.
• Follow up with customers and bank approval status.
• Provide administrative support to the sales team.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties assigned by the management.

Requirements

• No experience required (Training will be provided).
• No diploma or certificate required.
• Able to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia.
• Basic computer knowledge (Microsoft Word & Excel).
• Responsible, willing to learn and able to work independently.

Salary & Benefits
