Responsibilities
- Deliver friendly, professional, and prompt customer support across all communication channels.
- Resolve customer enquiries, complaints, and product-related issues with empathy and efficiency.
- Recommend the best solutions while creating opportunities to generate additional sales.
- Build long-term customer relationships through excellent service.
- Process orders, exchanges, refunds, and customer requests accurately.
- Coordinate closely with the warehouse and packing teams to ensure timely order fulfilment.
- Monitor order status and ensure all parcels are shipped within the required timeline.
- Report stock discrepancies and communicate urgent stock issues promptly.
- Inspect returned products, identify root causes, and prepare daily return reports.
- Continuously contribute ideas to improve customer satisfaction and service quality.
