• Work in close collaboration with IT & business project teams to improve the architecture and security design of legacy application.
• Provide application architecture guidelines, patterns, and best practices for architecting banking internal and customer-facing applications.
• Play the technical lead role to drive the detail technical design, development and deployment, operation of new applications.
• Provide guidance to developers and engineers on complex implementation and coding issues.
• Establish and maintain the technology governance framework, drive IT policies, standards, and guideline adoption.
• Effectively collaborate with different stakeholders in the organization to drive & support the digital transformation.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with min. of 15 years of FI industry experience, with minimal 5 years of technical leadership role and proven track record to implement the transformation project.
• Proven track record in modernization of complex enterprise application
• Experience in design and implementation of micro-service architecture for mission critical system
• Strong experience using Java, .NET to design and develop the multi-tier application architecture.
• Strong knowledge and development experience using Oracle and MS-SQL databases.
• Strong knowledge in IBM middleware tools, such as MQ, IIB, IWA, Instana etc.
• Knowledge in Microsoft Azure cloud services, such as Azure APIM, Functions, Logic App, SQL database etc will be plus.
• Experience in development and support the customer-facing bank portal.
• Experience and knowledge of Financial Industry Risks & Compliance or Management & Controls.
• Strong knowledge in security standards and practices, experience in design the solution to meet the security requirement.
• Experience in establishing the enterprise IT governance framework, process, guideline.
• Strong interpersonal and presentation skills
• Work effectively at all levels of an organization with the ability to influence others to move toward consensus.
