Junior Site Engineer

Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Site Engineer to support the planning, coordination, and execution of construction projects. The successful candidate will work closely with the Project Manager and Senior Site Engineers to ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and in compliance with project specifications and Singapore regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Project Manager and Senior Site Engineer in managing day-to-day site operations.
• Supervise and coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and site workers to ensure work is carried out according to approved drawings and specifications.
• Monitor construction progress and ensure project milestones are achieved within the scheduled timeline.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality workmanship and compliance with project specifications.
• Ensure all works comply with Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) regulations, company safety policies, and statutory requirements.
• Coordinate with consultants, clients, architects, and relevant authorities on technical and site-related matters.
• Prepare and maintain daily site reports, progress reports, inspection records, and other project documentation.
• Assist in reviewing construction drawings, method statements, and technical submissions.
• Identify site issues and work with the project team to resolve technical and operational challenges promptly.
• Monitor material deliveries and ensure proper utilization of resources on site.
• Attend site meetings, toolbox meetings, and coordination meetings as required.
• Support project completion activities, inspections, and handover documentation.
