Perform administrative support for the Department
Compile product information, generate product write ups and powerpoint
Manage product inventory/sample processes
Handling of product related enquiries and requests from regional offices
Handling of product related complaints and defective claims process
Liaise with suppliers and vendors as required
Assist the HOD and Manager in any assigned ad-hoc project or work as required
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in any field
Required language(s): English, Mandarin (to liaise with Mandarin speaking associates)
At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
Required Skill(s): Microsoft Office
