Our client is a growing international business and investment group seeking an experienced and strategic HR leader to drive human capital initiatives, organizational development, and corporate culture across its regional operations.
This is a senior leadership role for an accomplished HR professional with strong commercial acumen, executive presence, and proven experience supporting business growth through people, performance, and organizational effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement group-wide HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Lead organizational design, workforce planning, succession planning, and leadership development initiatives.
- Build and enhance performance management, compensation, rewards, and employee engagement frameworks.
- Drive executive search, talent acquisition, and leadership pipeline development.
- Partner with senior management to improve organizational effectiveness and business performance.
- Foster a high-performance culture focused on accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Oversee HR governance, compliance, employee relations, and policy development.
- Support corporate branding, employer branding, and key stakeholder engagement initiatives.
Requirements
- Degree qualified in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Management, Law, Finance, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 10 years of progressive HR experience with at least 5 years in a senior leadership capacity.
- Proven experience within multinational corporations, listed companies, financial institutions, investment groups, or diversified corporate environments.
- Strong expertise in organizational development, talent management, executive recruitment, performance management, and compensation strategy.
- Experience partnering directly with senior executives, Boards, or C-suite leadership teams.
- Demonstrated ability to build scalable HR frameworks that support business growth and organizational performance.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
Preferred Experience
- Group-level or regional HR leadership responsibilities.
- Exposure to investment, financial services, corporate holding structures, or multi-entity organizations.
- Experience in business transformation, organizational restructuring, mergers & acquisitions, or regional expansion.
- Strong professional network within executive recruitment, talent acquisition, or corporate leadership circles.
