Position Summary

As our Uniform Specialist, you will play a key role in bringing our brands to life through a polished and consistent retail image. You will lead the end-to-end management of uniforms across our luxury and lifestyle brands—from design coordination and supplier management to quality control and inventory planning. Working closely with Brand, Creative, Marketing, Retail Operations, and external vendors, you will ensure every team member represents the brand with confidence, professionalism, and impeccable grooming standards, while delivering cost-effective and high-quality uniform solutions.

Key Areas of Responsibilities

Design and Coordinate the Respective Brand Uniform

• Design and coordinate the Brand uniform accordingly in a timely manner.
• Responsible to control budget, negotiation and quality control.
• Ensure all staff are in proper attire as per guidelines.
• Coordinate with respective Brand Manager/Operation/HR/Marketing/Merchandising on all new uniform changes such as uniform measurement/fitting measurement.

Responsible for the Quality Control and the ‘look’ of the Uniform

• Place order for name tags and uniform accordingly.
• Implement and standardize the group’s uniform SOP such as uniform guide, basic grooming to ensure the consistency throughout the store and in-line with the brand’s standard.
• Follow up on all the related uniform paperwork such as submission of uniform invoices and raising PO.
• Work closely with uniform supplier to ensure everything is in control such as delivery timeline, quality and material sourcing.
• Oversee on the uniform inventory.
• Responsible to adhere efficient protocol on planning and execute annual uniform change within the group.

Key Requirements

• Minimum a Diploma/Degree in Fashion or related discipline.
• Minimum 1-2 years of working experience in related field.
• Proficient in design tools such as Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Strong sense of creativity and ability to keep up with current fashion trends.
• Excellent sense of style and colour.
• Good interpersonal skills.
• Pleasant Personality.
• Fluent English and both in written and spoken. Knowledge of other language is added advantage.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
