Overviews of Job

Responsible to lead a team of staff to provide building management services to the expectations of owners/tenants as well as the committee.

Duties of Building Manager

1. To supervise and monitor existing team of site staff to provide good customer service to meet customers’ expectations with regards to complaints and implementation of building management system.

2. Well verse with Strata Management Act.

3. Liaison with service contractors on appointment and renewal of service contract

4. To ensure that the physical built environment is in good state of repairs.

5. To ensure that the building services of the complex are in good working conditions.

6. To liase with the Local Authority and utility companies to ensure all services and issues affecting the residents are resolved expeditiously.

7. To ensure that the common fund is well-managed and institute appropriate actions against defaulters.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM4,500.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
