Job Descriptions:

To support the Manager/Assistant Manager in managing project costs, contracts and procurement processes ensuring projects are delivered within budget and in compliance with contractual requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in preparation of cost estimates, budgets and tender documents
• Support tendering process including sourcing, evaluation and comparison of quotations
• Prepare and review contracts, subcontracts and related documentation
• Monitor project costs, variations and cash flow throughout project lifecycle
• Assist in valuation of progress claims and certification of payments
• Handle variation orders, cost analysis and final account preparation
• Liaise with contractors, suppliers, consultants and internal teams
• Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping of all project-related cost and contracts
• Support in resolving contractual and commercial issues

Requirements:

• Degree/Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management or related field
• Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience
• Basic knowledge of construction contracts and cost control
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
• Good analytical, communication and organizational skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
