About the Role

We are looking for a confident and creative TikTok Content Creator to produce engaging live-stream content, interact with online audiences, and support e-commerce sales initiatives. Comprehensive training will be provided to help you develop your live-streaming and content creation skills.

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma, Advanced Diploma, or Bachelor’s Degree in any field.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Previous live-streaming experience is not required as training will be provided.
• Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Proficiency in Mandarin is required to support communication with Mandarin-speaking audiences, customers, and internal stakeholders.
• Confident speaking in front of a camera with good presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Interest in social media, live-streaming, e-commerce, and digital content creation.
• Willingness to learn, accept feedback, and continuously improve.
• Able to work collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Host TikTok live streams to introduce products, demonstrate features, and support sales activities.
• Engage with viewers by responding to questions and creating a positive live-stream experience.
• Assist in preparing live-stream scripts, promotional content, and campaign plans.
• Coordinate with the operations team regarding product information, promotional vouchers, and inventory arrangements.
• Monitor audience engagement and provide feedback to improve future live-stream performance.
• Support content creation and promotional activities across digital platforms as assigned.
