We are looking for a proactive and experienced Human Resources Executive to join our growing team. Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full employee life cycle, including recruitment, onboarding, confirmation, transfers, and offboarding.
- Coordinate recruitment activities, including job advertisements, candidate screening, interviews, and employment offers.
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure HR documentation is up to date.
- Prepare HR-related letters, employment contracts, disciplinary documents, and other correspondence.
- Administer employee attendance, leave, and other HR operational matters.
- Ensure compliance with the Employment Act, company policies, and statutory requirements.
- Liaise with government authorities and statutory bodies such as EPF, SOCSO, EIS, and LHDN.
- Assist in performance management, employee engagement, training, and development initiatives.
- Support the development and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Handle employee enquiries and provide practical HR guidance and support.
- Perform other HR and administrative duties assigned by Management.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in retail, fashion, or a fast-paced environment.
- Sound knowledge of the Malaysian Employment Act and HR best practices.
- Experience handling recruitment, employee relations, disciplinary matters, and HR operations.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision while contributing effectively as part of a team.

Pay: RM3,300.00 - RM4,200.00 per month
