Job Description

Responsibilities

We are looking for a proactive and experienced Human Resources Executive to join our growing team. Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full employee life cycle, including recruitment, onboarding, confirmation, transfers, and offboarding.
  • Coordinate recruitment activities, including job advertisements, candidate screening, interviews, and employment offers.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and ensure HR documentation is up to date.
  • Prepare HR-related letters, employment contracts, disciplinary documents, and other correspondence.
  • Administer employee attendance, leave, and other HR operational matters.
  • Ensure compliance with the Employment Act, company policies, and statutory requirements.
  • Liaise with government authorities and statutory bodies such as EPF, SOCSO, EIS, and LHDN.
  • Assist in performance management, employee engagement, training, and development initiatives.
  • Support the development and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Handle employee enquiries and provide practical HR guidance and support.
  • Perform other HR and administrative duties assigned by Management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in retail, fashion, or a fast-paced environment.
  • Sound knowledge of the Malaysian Employment Act and HR best practices.
  • Experience handling recruitment, employee relations, disciplinary matters, and HR operations.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision while contributing effectively as part of a team.
