Job Responsibilities

• Take full responsibility for planning, execution, cost control, and delivery of construction projects
• Lead and manage the project team on site
• Act as the main contact for clients, architects, and consultants
• Chair and manage all major project meetings
• Drive project schedules using CPM and ensure milestones are achieved
• Resolve site issues related to sequencing, constructability, and coordination
• Control project costs and ensure financial viability
• Manage subcontractor and supplier contracts, including variations and claims
• Identify and mitigate project risks proactively
• Prepare and present monthly project reports to management
• Ensure compliance with contracts, drawings, specifications, and safety regulations

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field
• 5–8 years’ experience as a Project Manager in construction
• Proven track record of delivering construction projects
• Proficient in project scheduling, MS Excel, and MS Word
• Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
• Detail-oriented with strong cost control and analytical skills

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM6,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
