Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Work 5 days week (inclusive 1 weekend) 10am to 7pm
• Fulfill daily online orders (packing, checking, and preparing items)
• Arrange courier pickup and ensure orders are shipped out on time
• Help remake existing jewellery designs based on current collections
• Assist in maintaining and organizing jewellery displays and stock
• Ensure the shop is clean, tidy, and well organized
• Support in stock checking and inventory management
• Brainstorm and share ideas for new jewellery designs or product concepts
• Assist with basic social media content (If needed)
• Help during workshops, events, or in-store activities

Requirements

• Responsible, organized, and detail-oriented
• Friendly personality with good communication skills
• Able to work independently and as a team
• Interest in jewellery, crystals, or handmade accessories
• Basic design knowledge or experience is a plus
• Retail or customer service experience is an advantage
