About the role

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Representative to join our team at Standard Language Centre in Ampang Selangor on a full-time basis. As a Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth by identifying, engaging, and converting prospective clients into customers. You will be the face of our organisation, responsible for promoting our comprehensive language training programmes and building lasting relationships with clients. This position is essential to achieving our revenue targets and expanding our market presence within the language education sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the education and corporate training sectors
• Conduct product demonstrations and present tailored language training solutions to prospective clients
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular follow-ups and exceptional customer service
• Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs
• Prepare accurate and persuasive sales proposals and quotations
• Negotiate contract terms and close sales deals with clients
• Maintain detailed records of all client interactions, transactions, and pipeline activities using systems
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted promotional campaigns and materials
• Attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to generate leads
• Provide feedback to management regarding market trends, competitor activities, and client needs

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
