Key Responsibilities

• Contact and engage with potential clients using the company’s client database.
• Identify and generate potential leads from external sources.
• Promote public and in-house training programs offered by the company.
• Conduct follow-ups with interested prospects and maintain good client relationships.
• Assist the sales team in converting leads into confirmed clients.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and telemarketing activities.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• Open to fresh graduates and internship students. Candidates with 1–2 years of experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer engagement will have an added advantage.
• Knowledge of training services or certification programs is an added advantage.
• Highly extroverted with strong communication and persuasion skills.
• Confident speaking with clients over the phone.

Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
