What you'll be doing

• Design and develop responsive, user-friendly websites using WordPress.
• Customize existing themes and develop custom themes or plugins as required.
• Collaborate closely with design and content teams to implement website features and UI components.
• Apply UX/UI design best practices using tools such as Figma or Adobe XD.
• Ensure websites are optimized for speed, SEO, and performance, using semantic HTML and proper metadata.
• Regularly troubleshoot, maintain, and update websites including WordPress core, plugins, and themes to ensure security and functionality.
• Ensure cross-device compatibility and a seamless mobile experience aligned with modern UX/UI standards.
• Set up cloaking websites where applicable (bonus skill).
• Conduct performance tracking and behavioral testing using heatmaps and Google Analytics.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver high-quality work within deadlines.

What we're looking for

• Proven hands-on experience as a WordPress Developer or Web Designer.
• Strong proficiency in WordPress CMS, including custom themes and plugins.
• Solid coding skills in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP.
• Familiarity with page builders like Elementor, WPBakery, and Gutenberg.
• Experience in UI/UX design with Figma or Adobe XD.
• Good understanding of SEO best practices and web performance optimization.
• Experience using Google Analytics and heatmap tools for user behavior analysis.
• Knowledge of cloaking website setup is an added advantage.
• Strong attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and time management skills.

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
